Here is a company that I do not believe we really "touched on" here; it is also a outfit I am totally unfamiliar with.

I'm interested in the history of the company; I am guessing that the company itself is no longer in existence today (unless I am wrong)

Does the MTA (or BEE LINE) operate these former Club routes today?

I am not at all familiar with that 'side' of town, but came up with this, which seems to show some of those routes modern version's....

From what I remember.
The company was also called blue and gray transport and renamed Club.
They ran a route 30? that went from Yonkers to Bronxville. I had relatives that lived on Lockwood Avenue and the saw and heard the GM old looks go by.
Their yard was off of Saw Mill River Road just down from the current Bee Line garage.
Another route I remember they ran was on Central Avenue. I think it went from the White Plains end to the Bronx end.

A few years back I introduced and continued a lengthy thread on a Yonkers history site on the bus companies of Yonkers. What amazed me was that they were personally owned, rather than owned by stock companies (as Public Service or Third Avenue).
Peter J. Gallagher owned Club.

This Yonkers history discussion board is well-managed. I think the name "SoYoSunset" comes from the phrase South Yonkers.

SoYoSunset has a good search engine, so you might find more about Club Transportation by typing in the two words. However, I must point out that Club is the 2nd name of these routes. I think they were first Suburban, based mainly about Tibbets Brook Park and McLean Heights. In the 1930's and 1940's, private operators brought people to shop at Getty Square or to a subway station, but they had to do that without encountering the exclusive Yonkers Railroad franchise. So they zigzagged on streets without trolley tracks. Or they ran on streets where the trolley company had yielded the franchise in the 1920's, e.g. McLean Avenue east of Central Park Avenue.

Postscript: If you look at Post #103 on the above-linked thread, you will see a newspaper photo of what is probably a Suburban Transportation bus that went into Tibbetts Brook Park in 1942. I have no recollection of this bus model nor do I remember that generic SUBWAY destination. However, Yonkers Railroad trolleys often used the destination SUBWAY without indicating the station. Suburban went to 238th and White Plains Road because the trolleys held the franchise to nearer Woodlawn. Someplace in the thread I posted the date when Club finally got permission to reach Woodlawn.

Just came across this RARE old photo of a TARS streetcar in Yonkers about to cross paths with a 1930's GREYHOUND bus (the bus, clearly, is NOT a BRILL, but is, of course, a YELLOW 743).......

To answer above - yes, Club Transport was taken over by Westchester County's Bee Line system which is run by Liberty Lines.
Most of the bus companies that ran in Westchester were merged into Liberty Lines. Westchester Street Transportation, Yonkers Transit/Railroad are two of the companies Liberty Lines took over as well as Club. There is a Liberty Lines web site that has an excellent history of the company. There is a COLOR picture of a Fageol Twin Coach in Westchester Street Transportation livery. I cannot remember the name of the Liberty Lines owner but the family of the brothers that started the company are still involved with Liberty.
Just another note, Westchester Street and Yonkers Transit were once part of the Third Avenue Railroad System (TARS)
