They, at least one, were recycled to sightseeing buses operated by American Sightseeing in New York City.
The second photo is a Mack C-41, ex-Bee Line, with silversiding (UGH!!!!)

AAHHH, NOSTALGIA......LOVE IT!!!!
Growing up in the 60's, I loved the ACF-BRILLS of DE CAMP and INTER-CITY; TOUGH-looking buses that also SOUNDED tough!
I must be honest, here; I always liked the "silversides" on the fronts of the MACKS in my area.....some MACKS had them, others did not.
Ditto for Old Looks; to me, the dash "silversiding" always made me think that the buses were smiling....
Again, BEAUTIFUL photos!!!!
