My personal nickname for the LRV's that NJT uses these days are "Baby Belugas"!
My very first trolley ride was aboard a City Subway PCC, with Mom, way back in 1961.....for Your's Truly, at such a tender age, to see TROLLEYS in a SUBWAY....well......ll I can say I was hooked (to put it quite mildly!) for life!
(Mom and I called the buses that used the lower level of the PS Terminal "subway buses"!)
Ahhh, what memories!
