Thanks for posting that story. What I found very interesting, were reading thru all the comments in the NY Times story linked within it.

Having worked at The Port on and off since 1968, I can attest to the validity of most of the comments. I would have liked to add 'my two cents', but alas, the comments were 'closed'.....
