Only delayed the inevitable, as the "Broo-ers" clinched the Series in five games. First in their history. (Had the "Rayz" won, it would have been THEIR first.)

In other sports "nooze" . . .
- The "Nix" seem to have pulled some strings to have the animated "Globetrotters" back in the cheering section, as they've won their last two games, the most recent tonight against "da Bullz" in "Shik-aga." Their record is now 2-3; the "Netz," however, haven't won a single game since the season started, they're now 0-4.
- "Joisey" has surged past the "Rayn-jers" for second place; apparently "Pea-Ess' " spirit has been carrying the day for the Devils thus far. The "Eye-landers" are in fifth place in the Metro Division of the "En-Aitch-El."

In short, pendula and seesaws swinging wilder than the stock market on the most hectic of days. Not unlike during baseball season.

"hoid"of the "Broo-ers" first ever "Woild Series" win on 1010 WINS earlier..............bet the CNS&M, had they still been around, would be running a specially-decorated "Broo-ers" special!

And, the "Noo Yawk Nix"WON last night as well................man, what a night! Very Happy
