Aftera VERY lengthy tie, the Diamondbcks BEAT those pompous, arrogant "Boulevardiers"! 
Tonight, the Mets were the WINNING "Noo Yawk" team, while the Judge-less "Boulvardiers" had NOTHING to crow about!!
Ain't life wonderfil?

1010 WINS earlier ran a couple of "farewell" reports on Howie Rose, playing clips of some of his greatest calls through the years (he indeed had the {PASSION!)
Howie said his "farewells" in the booth at the game last night, in case today's game was rained out.
A LEGEND and a GETLEMAN, for sure.....HAPPY RETIREMENT, Mr. Rose, and THANK YOU.......you will be MISSED, my friemd!

W.B.:
ALWAYS does my heart good to hear that those arrogant "Boulevardiers" were taken dow a few pegs......no, they CAN'T lord it over the Mets fans, for sure!
Mr. Rose was on hand for today's rainy today's game (the LAST home game this season for the Amazins, I believe)
I heard that his farewell ceremony was postponed until 2027.
NO MORE crowds of Mets fans crowding the #7 trains, this season.
BTW:
Both "Noo Yawk" teams are off Monday.......
