Let's just say that the Mets are "COISED", and leave it at that.
They simply cannot win for losing; the "AFY" brigade must be loving this......an ominous dark cloud hovers over the battered team, these days

I think you just might be on to something; the Mets have been "washed out" far too many times this season........I certainly do not see them making the post-season, not by a long shot........

Especially as "da Cubbies" SWEPT their doubleheader with the "AINO's."
But from what it sounds like, the swelling of the "AYF's" heads seems in direct proportion to the shrinking of the Grinch's heart (as in How the Grinch Stole Christmas). |

Heard on 1010 WINS earlier, in a report rating the hot dogs served at various ballpsarks, and,in one survey , the hot dogs at Citi Field came in at #17, while those sold at Yankee Stadium came in at #19.......FINALLY, the Mets TOPPED the ever-arrogant "Boulevardiers" in SOMETHING!! (in a "squeaker"]
