Today's game for doze "Boulevardiers From Da Bronx" is still up in the air, with the weather NOT conducive to baseball.
Down in "My-Ami", lets see if the Mets can make a comeback, later today.

Well. doze "Boulevardiers From Da Bronx" won in a REAL "squeaker" earlier; meanwhile evil days have (agaun) befallen the Mets as they AGAIN lost, playing the Marlins (NOT even on the scoreboard)
The ever-vicious "AYF" brigade must indeed be a happy mood.....

And barring any surge from "Kleave-land," doze "Ka-nicker-bockers" are on track to win their latest round of the "En-Bee-Yay" finals. Clearly the animated "Globetrotters," except for a few games in the first round, have been their good luck charm, for sure. Seems they have been the ones to lift "Noo Yawk's" sports scene from the doldrums and volatile seesaws we now see on the baseball front. |

In both cases, you have the home team not only losing on their own "toif," but not even on the scoreboard.
Unfortunately, here this is true with the "AINO's," who are being clobbered by "Cin-cin-natty" over at Citi Field; meanwhile, doze "Boulevardiers from da Bronx" are cleaning "Kay-See's" clock "over there." No doubt setting the obnoxious and insufferable "AYF's" to inflict further grief upon long-suffering Mets' fans . . . |

Goes without saying that doze "Boulevardiers from da Bronx" also won against what is now just referred to as the "Athletics." Compared to that, the Mets' win - a win, in any case - was a "squeaker." |
