I went over to LGA today I saw 9737 the engine cover is up and written in the windshield has O/S motor work or something. It looked like it was missing a part or two. just before my sighting of 9737,I rode bus # 1192 I will not say what route sorry fellas however I noticed that it had a slight burning smell towards the back of the bus. Can any one explain that one please? Latly I have to agree with Bee Flex LGA is in more need of buses I hope they dont get any nmore Hybrid junk. |

LGA will get more Hybird junk since they still need more buses. |

2 weeks ago I saw 1162 everyday on the Q6, last week I didn't see it at all and I didn't see it while I was out there today. It doesn't mean it doesn't exist, I'm just saying its chances of survival is small. Next on the issue of LGA depot. I across the street at the park watching planes takeoff and land (my true passion) and I was noticing there bus movements. 2 buses with their rear engine doors open were started up and taken into the building. From 3-6p.m. there were always 20 buses available. As some buses left others became available. I don't know how many spares they need but 20 buses seems more than enough buses just in case. Some were 9700 TMCs and some were Hybrids. I there may have been one or two ex-triboro TMCs. |

677 is at Kingsbridge and I think 674 also. Either way I know that 1995 O5s (600 series) are coming to KB from Stengel and they will kick all the Nova RTSs out by the fall.
BTW weren't the 600s once Suburbans? |

Any clue on which depots will get KB's RTS buses?????
CS has 611-630 that are suburbans and were used as express buses. |

The 8800s will most likely go to FP. I heard that FP wants to send out the 8500s to MTA Bus. Also the 8800s also COULD go to UP. |

Currently, the 8800s have to stay put at KB until there are enough replacement buses to be sent there. In this case scenario, they will most likely get Orion VII HEVs sometime down the road. When that happens, then the 8800s will take their leave.
As far as why the 6100s are all of a sudden showing up at MCH: From what I see, I think they are trying to get rid of their 200s to GH.
Remember, MCH also received 531 533-535 recently from the Farms. |

So what the hell will run the X32 by the time ALL of the 600-series Suburbans are kicked off CS?
Will the X32 become a QV/JAM route, cuz they STILL do have NovaBUS RTS Suburbans, some with fresh new suburban seats. |

That's true about the hybrids. A Kingsbridge op also said that hybrids are coming to KB in the fall. |
