They had larger engine vents, a top tailpipe, the A/C vents inside the bus were redone, cloth seats, and different displays.

And steel wheels, not Aluminum Alloy from Alcoa Sad

You are correct about HART not having many 500 series left.

Bus 502 and 505 were put up on E-bay by the Town of Huntington. Bus 502 was described as driveable but not roadworthy. From pictures ...

I know why those Cummins L10G/Allison B400R O5 CNGs are bombing out more than ever.

They're WAY overused compared to the ones with Cummins L10G/ZF-Ecomat 4HP-500, which are "used when they fee ...

At least I know the 49 went from WPTC to Armonk express, which is today's W12's "no Purchase/Manhattanville" express tripper.

As for the W84, it was the WPTC-Kent express via the Harlem L ...

Funny you never noticed my positive posts, maybe because you don't want to see them. I often praised CBS Lines as the best Suffolk County bus contractor, and I still do.
